One of the joys of the Blog Challenge is celebrating! Many of the participants celebrated with a blog post that summarized their experiences and the lessons they learned as a member of the Blog Challenge. While I have started a list of them below, I know there are many more out there that I missed. So please add the title and link to YOUR Blog Challenge summary post in the comments below.

Here are some of the articles: Read More→

Social Media’s Impact

Posted by: Jeanette Cates | Comments (0)

We take social media for granted. After all, we’re tweeting regularly. We check our Facebook account several times per day – or per week. We probably have a LinkedIn account.
But it might all be relatively new to you. After all, these “social media” services haven’t been around THAT long. It was just a couple of [...]

You’ve done it! You completed the Blog Challenge! 30 days, 30 blog posts – and more! More friends, more traffic, more content. And even if you didn’t get it ALL done – you did more than you would have otherwise – right? :-)

Watch our Celebration Webinar – opens in new window

Thank you ALL for your participation and support – it’s been a wonderful experience!

Congratulations!

Posted by: Jeanette Cates | Comments (23)

Many of you will start to see a trophy next to your name today, indicating that you completed the Challenge! That’s a huge achievement in anyone’s book and you are to be commended!

In addition to the icon next to your name, I’ve also created a special list of those who complete the 30-day Blog Challenge and/or the Mini7 Challenge. You’ll see those new lists on the left.

Pick up your trophy at our Promotional tools site. It’s perfect for adding to your blog!

Just a note about how I’m doing these. I couldn’t figure out an automated method (I know – it’s out of character!) so I’m doing them manually. So if yours hasn’t been “awarded” yet, don’t fret.

If you’re close to completing the 30 days – I’m waiting until you record your last article count.

If you’re not within 10-15 articles  of completing the 30 articles,  I’m giving you credit for completing the mini7.

That way we have the maximum number of Completers!

Keep those counts on coming! You CAN write a few more today.

Blog Post Count Added To Profile

Posted by: Jeanette Cates | Comments (0)

You can now report on the number of blog posts you’ve made so far. Just click to edit your profile, then look for the field below your Twitter ID and other URLs.

This will be the “official” counter for the final push toward the end of June. We anticipate also having a special report that will help you count down the days and the remaining posts that each participant needs to reach their goal! Both Mini7 and Blog30 participants are encouraged to keep track of their posts.
