Knowing that it takes more than just eating right OR just exercising OR both to truly be healthy, Holistic Health & Fitness Coach, Annette Nack, has taken her passion for helping others to new levels with her innovative approach to healthy living.

Her philosophy is simple- there’s more to being & living healthy than just food and exercise. It takes a mind, body & spiritually holistic approach to truly attain the health & well-being that you really desire.

Annette specializes in helping frustrated health seekers reform themselves by breaking through their barriers, their boundaries and their boredom around food, exercise, cooking and healthy living.

She not only teaches & coaches around health, she is a living example of all that she believes.

Starting out as a Personal Fitness Trainer, Annette has added to her resume as a Spinning Instructor, Power Body Sculpt Instructor, IM=X Pilates Instructor as well as returning to school to become a Holistic Health Coach.

She walks her talk and welcomes you to an introductory health session where you’ll clarify your goals, your wants, your needs and the steps it’ll take to get you there.
